Orders & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide from Ireland. Delivery times are typically 1-2 days for Ireland and the UK, and 3-7 days for the rest of Europe and international destinations via DHL and postal services.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary and are calculated dynamically depending on your location and order size / weight. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We offer competitive rates on all deliveries.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Q: Can I track my order?

Q: What brands do you carry?
A: We stock premium sim racing equipment from leading manufacturers including Simagic, Simucube, Moza, Heusinkveld, Ascher Racing, Sparco, OMP and many more
Q: Are your products compatible with my gaming platform?
A: Most of our products are compatible with PC, some may be compatible with console. Check individual product descriptions for specific compatibility information, or contact us if you're unsure.
Q: Do you offer product advice or recommendations?
A: Absolutely! Our team are sim racing enthusiasts and experienced Motorsport competitors & race school instructors! Contact us and we'll help you choose the right equipment for your setup and budget.
Q: Are your products new or used?
A: All products sold by Sim Consultants are brand new unless specifically listed otherwise.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original condition with all packaging. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and arrange the process.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Warranty & Support
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes! All our sim racing equipment comes with manufacturer warranties. See our Warranty page for details.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Q: Do You Have A Showroom?
A: Yes, we are based at the DriftGames Clubhouse in Clane, Co Kildare. Get in Touch and make an appointment to come visit us and test drive our demo sims.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday. 9am-5.30pm. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Q: I have a question that's not answered here. What should I do?

Simulator Hire, Events & Services
Q: Do you Hire Simulators for events?
A: Yes, we hire simulators for a wide range of events and activations and have provided sims for clients such as BMW, Heineken & Toyota at a wide range of events such as the Irish Golf Open, various expo's and trade shows at The RDS Dublin and the NEC Birmingham and various dealer showrooms throughout the country.
Q: Can You Manage An Activation For Me?
A: Yes, we have a huge amount of experience in this area and offer a complete end to end managed service. We can also provide full branding options, data collection, competitions and more! A great example of an event we managed would be the Heineken Player 0.0 Tournament where we organised an F1 Sim tournament For Heineken, at 3 different locations. See case study here
