Warranty Coverage
Our sim racing products including steering wheels, pedals, cockpits, and accessories are covered by manufacturer warranties. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty process for each brand of product may differ slightly because it is the warranty process of the manufacturer themselves, and it is they who dictate the process, not The Sim Consultants.

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
Making a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your sim racing equipment, please contact us via email (info@thesimconsultants.com) with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will follow the manufacturers process of returning the product back to the manufacturer to be assessed. Please note that replacement products will not be supplied until the manufacturer has issued their verdict on the warranty claim.
